A syntax in programming is some kind of rules and regulation, principles, parameters, processes that everyone must know before starting any programming language. Moreover, in programming language syntax’s symbols are also used.

 The syntax is important to make the appropriate structure of a program.

PHP language has a starting and a closing tag.

So all the code/program or script goes inside starting and closing tag.

Page extension must be .php and page is placed inside the server directory/folder to run the PHP script.
